The leg muscles use much oxygen, so keeping them clear of toxins helps overall vitality. This blend of analgesics, blood and lymphatic cleansing oils stimulates circulation and helps remove built-up toxins to relieve tired, achy legs, leg cramps, and swollen veins.
Ingredients:
A high dilution of Organic Geranium, Organic Cypress, High Altitude Lavender, Wild Rosemary, and Organic Ginger in jojoba.
Suggested Application: Apply to palms, inhale. Rub vigorously into cramped or sore muscles as needed.
A Warming Fragrant After Massage Treatment:
If you have had deep tissue work, most likely the next day you will be feeling some soreness from the muscles and tissues that have been moved/restored to flexibility.
Here is my home treatment. Modify to your needs:
Soak in the bath with epsom or sea salts and baking soda to assist the detox. Shower off and apply liberal amounts of Circulation Tonic on any tender areas. Before bed reapply if necessary.
The next day, apply some before morning shower on any sore areas and allow the hot water to help oils penetrate deeply into tissues. After shower, apply again.
